E11 : How to Triumph Over Fear

How can you triumph over fear? Nelson Mandela stated, ‘I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.’ A very profound statement. What fear would you like to conquer? Is your fear holding you back from living a life you would absolutely love living? Maybe you dream of a new career, but you’re afraid that the journey getting you there will be too difficult. Perhaps you desire to own a home, but you’re afraid you’ll never be able to save up enough money for a down payment. Whatever your fear may be, it’s real and powerful, but it doesn’t need to power over you. You create the fear and keep it alive in your thoughts. You can discover how you can turn your fear into fuel. You need to discover what beliefs and thoughts are holding you from achieving your goals, how fear limits your ability to go after your dreams, how to repattern your beliefs and thoughts so that you can take control of your mental and emotional responses. What action steps can you start implementing today to quickly chip away at the fear that standing between you and your dreams?

Suppose you desire a life that’s freer, more abundant, and full of possibilities. You can decide today that you’re going to be the master of your own mind, not your fear.
